Mobile Photography...
What is Mobile Photography?
Mobile photography is the phrase used to describe photographic images taken with a mobile device such as, iphones, samsungs, Ipods or tablets ( for example an Ipad). Thats also defined by using the philosophy of 'the best camera is the one thats always with you' mobile photography is the future of the art form.
Here are some really talented mobile photographers:
Advantages & Disadvantages:
The main advantages of mobile photography are:
- Your mobile camera is nearly always with you if it attached to your phone or other mobile device, this will make it easier to engage in photography as part of your normal daily life.
- Your camera phones are light and easy to carry around when travelling, so you wouldnt have to lug around heavy lenses and heavy camera body.
- There are number of applications avaliable so that you could shot, edit and upload your image to whatever social media.
The main disadvantages are:
- Mobile phone lenses tend to be low resolution, often producing images that can't be enlarged or printed very effectively.
- Although you can buy interchangeable lenses for your phones camera but they could be expensive and cumbersome. Most people stick with the lens that comes with the camera.
- Not having a viewfinder means that it can be difficult photographing in bright light which you wouldn't beable to get the best images.
My favourite mobile photographer
- Misho Baranovic

Analysis of an image by Misho Baranovic:
First set of pictures...
My favourite picture:
This is my favourite picture for several reasons:
- I like the way the picture was taken from the top angle of the object which we could see the patterns and the designs on the wood.
- Also that it looks like it we a random picture, feel like they didn't care and just took the picture.
- Its just not a piece of wood in the picture there is a shoe of the photographer which also got different shadows of the place they were standing.
An image that didn't work out well...
The reason why I think that this image didn't work out well is because the picture wasnt really infocus, so you can not really see all the details on the leaf. Also that ive realised that you could see someone from behind which doesn't make the picture look nice.
Second set of pictures...
My favourite picture...
Things that went well...
- When I was just walking to my next lesson, I thought about taking a picture of our schools building.
- The lighting of the picture was perfect there was no dark areas.
- Another thing was the picture didn't need no edit or professional camera to the a perfect lighting or a perfect shot.
But the things I could improve on:
- Next time I could take the picture in a better angle to see the whole of the building.
- Ive realised that on the corner of this picture there are black effects which made the bottom bit of the picture not that effecting.
